What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive up to $5,000 for documented losses related to the breach, which may include long-distance telephone charges, cell phone minutes, internet usage charges, credit report costs, credit monitoring expenses, and identity theft damages. Class members without documented losses may instead receive an estimated alternative cash payment of $25. California residents may also be eligible to receive an additional $100 statutory cash payment, which may be received in conjunction with either a documented loss payment or an alternative cash payment. Actual payout amounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on the total number of valid claims submitted.
